Frequently asked questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 5:00 PM onwards via a self-check-in system with a code lock (instructions will be sent to you prior to your stay). Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.

How does your product/service work?

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?

We do our best to be flexible! If you wish to adjust these times, please contact us in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request depending on availability and the cleaning schedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are possible under the following conditions :

100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or at least 14 days before the arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival.

Do you provide baby equipment (cot, high chair)?

Yes, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. This equipment is available upon request only. Please let us know when booking or a few days before your arrival so we can have everything ready for you and your child.

Is the end-of-stay cleaning included in the price ?

Yes, cleaning fees are included so you can enjoy your stay until the very last moment. We simply ask that you leave the apartment in a decent state of cleanliness.

Do you have a secure bike storage ?

The historic architecture of our buildings unfortunately does not allow us to store bicycles inside. However, during high season, you can safely park your bikes at our partner Rouelib, located just 200 meters from La Valette. Feel free to contact them for rates and availability.

Where can I park my car ?

To unload your luggage, you can use the paid parking spaces located less than 50 meters from the house; the first hour is free via the ticket machine or the Easypark app. For the rest of your stay, you will find several free car parks within a five-minute walk, notably on Rue de la Concorde (100m away), as well as the Parking des Quais, Parking du Kiosque, or Parking Cœur de Ville. Outside these areas, parking is paid from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, except on Sundays and public holidays.
